Refund policy

We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

Remain unused.
Be returned in its original condition.
Remain sealed in its original nylon packaging exactly as delivered.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for items that have been opened, used, unsealed, or returned without their original sealed nylon packaging.

Exchanges are only available in the following cases:

The item received is defective or damaged.
There was a mistake in the order, such as receiving the wrong product.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with photos showing the issue. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange the exchange.
